If that sounds like a challenge you want to help tackle, we want you to join our teamReporting to the Manager of SGP Quality, the Pipe Mill Quality Coordinator is responsible for the monitoring ad coordination of all activities related to the materials inspection (also known as third party inspection or supplier quality surveillance) at the Pipe Mills providing pipe to the SGP project.**Responsibilities**:**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate the qualification, selection and monitoring processes for the 3rd party inspectors.- Coordinate 3rd party inspection visits as per production schedules.- Review daily reports and identify issues, trends and any risks on quality or schedule.- Facilitate regular meetings with inspection supervisor at both pipe mills to ensure consistency in reporting and documentation.- Lead weekly quality meetings with pipe mill representatives.- Work in collaboration with Supply Chain to ensure suppliers meet their production schedule and provide the required documentation.- Review tally lists and Quality Assurance documentation from pipe mills.- Review suppliers’ documentation (procedures, ITPs, test results, MTRs) to ensure they are aligned with Project Specifications.- Represent the Project when external audits are scheduled.- Manage the Non-conformance process for all findings related to the pipe production and delivery. From the identification by the project’s 3rd party inspectors, coordination of review sessions with SMEs until implementation of corrective actions and resolution.- Enter project findings into Project’s and TC Energy’s system and follow up until their closure.- Follow up on any quality risk and its control measures.- Report and document HSE incidents.- Document all Project lessons learned to discuss them during the lessons learned sessions.- Monitor usage and data quality in 4D.- Provide updates to leadership on quality issues and production status.**Qualifications**:- Experience in conflict resolution.- Experience in root cause analysis and use of continuous improvement tools- Experience in Quality Risk Management- Capability to report quality and construction issues.- Education/Experience- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.- Microsoft Office skills- Auditor Certification.- Experience/Knowledge inspection in Offshore Pipelines Construction Activities.Education/Experience- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities.- Experience in supply chain.- Microsoft Office skills- Auditor Certification.- Experience in construction inspection.- Engineering Degree.About our businessTC Energy is a leading energy infrastructure company in North America.
