Description- Own construction of omnichannel forecasts (in close collaboration with Market Insights, CRM, Supply Chain and the B2C Channels ) for OP, and Month landing purpose.- Driving the Monthly Sales Review meeting and permanent- Connect Market and Industry trends, sellout, Acquisition in a full B2C ecosystem- Build and recommend promotion strategies and pre/post evaluations to determine success or failure against KPI’s- Conduct variance analysis to identify gaps, risks and opportunities- Provide insight and recommendations to drive additional traffic & sales, both on- and offline- Liaise and collaborate with marketing to develop the optimum acquisition and activation strategy- Generate tracking tools and reporting to ensure on-time in full delivery of the projects- Ensure trade, eCommerce and boutique projects are delivered in adherence to budget, schedule and scope by providing status reports, raising key issues and risks, determine mitigating actions, and completing financial monitoring and reporting**Requirements**:Fluent English is mandatoryLeadership Skills (2 people in charge)Advanced Knowledge and capabilities in EXCEL including Complex Database Mgmt., Macros, Pivot Tables and predictive formulations required4 years
