**E-commerce Merchandising Associate**Support the E-Commerce Sales Manager and fellow team members with executing the accurate assortment, appropriate content, marketing strategies and campaign calendars.- Responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data inputs for all facets of our e-commerce store including weekly site audits.- Maintain inventory management and support the set-up for new product launches in Salesforce Commerce Cloud as well as other ad hoc site merchandizing initiatives.- Own campaign, setup, QA and reporting across customer engagement lifecycle, including management of review process.- Work closely with analytics team to manage segmentation and targeting of digital campaigns for customer acquisition, user engagement, CRM and customer retention.- Define and benchmark success KPIs as well as reporting requirements based on overall marketing goals and objectives.- Support additional projects as they surface.**Position Requirements**- 1-3 years of experience in E-Commerce, Creative Marketing, Customer Acquisition, Analytics or related internships.- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics or related fields.- Comfortable in a dynamic fast paced organization (not a euphemism, we move very fast and accomplish a lot in a short amount of time), and can juggle multiple deadlines.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Emphasis on Excel).- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $7,119.80 - $23,739.23 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 10 horas
