We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.- “At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member._- Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and car care”_We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of** **The Solutions, Design, Standards & Methodology Specialist Consultant****Principal responsibilities**- Ensures SDSM standards and methodologies are consistently applied, in line with global standards across releases into production- Continually evaluate and optimise deployment and usage of methods and tools used for automation- Provide advice, oversight, and quality assurance of code reviews- Provide advice, oversight, and quality assurance of internal automation training and certifications- Support and facilitate training of Automation products where appropriate- Provide automation SME advice and input to automation delivery projects across the global operations automation portfolio- Support the investigation, resolution and root cause analysis of Incidents- Continually assess and review the automation service.- Attend automation project tollgates and provide tollgate authorisation for qualifying automation opportunities and projects- Maintain and update automation best practices and ensure best practices are followed across the automation portfolio- Collaborate with the IT Automation on best practices, object management, utility management, tollgates, tools, change requests, and incidents.- Design and evolve automation SDSM processes.- Work closely with different stakeholders like IT, Innovation, AI, Data, Analytics, Business Services to define and improve the Automation strategy, streamline delivery, enable the DOC teams to deliver their projects smoothly.- Influence and contribute towards the product(s) road map and product tool set through ongoing review, research, evaluation and adoption of new technology / products available or identified through internal HSBC teams or externally- Evaluate 3rd Party SME resources for automation project deliveries- Participate in solution design workshops, process demos as requiredSupport Internal Audit investigations and management action plans.Requirements**Calificaciones - Externas**- Good understanding of automation technologies, tools, methodologies, best practices- Good understanding of incident management, problem resolution, root cause analysis- Understanding of project delivery lifecycle- Knowledge of agile principles and frameworks would be beneficial- Understanding of process design and process engineering**Experience**- Strong experience of automation technologies in technical and/or advisory capacity- Development experience of Blue Prism RPA- Quality Assurance experience including code review, best practice, audit- Experience of banking would be beneficial- Experience of Operations would be beneficial**Capabilities**- Automation technology SME- Process Re-engineering- Global Mindset- Decision Making- Change and Implementation Management**Stakeholder Management**- Impactful communication- Delivery at Pace- Achieving excellence- Collaboration- Problem solving and Critical Thinking**Qualifications and Accreditations**- Automation professional certification - PreferredBlue Prism accreditation - DesiredYou’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
