Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction. Proactively engage with patients and potential clients, closing sales to drive business growth. Oversee and manage the daily sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and efficient movement of prospects through the sales funnel. Consistently exceed sales targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue goals. Continuously adjust strategies as needed to meet company objectives. Lead by example, fostering a high-energy, collaborative environment. Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their success and professional development. From prospecting to closing, lead the sales process, maximizing sales opportunities, and aligning strategies with company goals. Use strong communication skills to negotiate deals, address client needs, and close sales. Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and AI-based tools to manage leads, track customer relationships, and maintain accurate sales records. Analyze sales data and KPIs, providing reports and insights that help refine sales strategies and improve overall performance. Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements in the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness in achieving sales targets. Qualifications 3+ years of Sales Manager experience in B2C and B2B sales, with experience in BPO or service-oriented industries. Experience in call centers, cold calling, and outbound sales. Strong leadership skills with a \"lead by example\" mentality. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and a deep understanding of sales strategies. Solid understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and performance analysis. Experience in managing sales teams and meeting revenue goals. English language proficiency is a plus. Benefits Base salary with performance-based increases.
