**ROLE**: Growth Marketer/Digital Marketing Specialist (_20 hours/week_ with the opportunity to transition to a full-time role after 3 months).**DUTIES**:- **Digital Marketing Management**: Oversee the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels, focusing on continuous improvement through metrics-based planning, implementation, control, and evaluation.- **SEO Management**: Lead SEO campaigns aimed at increasing organic search visibility, driving high-quality traffic, and improving site rankings across key search engines.- **Paid Media Campaigns**: Design, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns on **Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other key platforms** to ensure maximum ROI and optimal performance.- **Funnel Optimization**: Develop and maintain automated, trackable, and scalable marketing funnels, with **clearly defined KPIs** to measure and optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversion rates, and other critical metrics.- **Performance Tracking and Reporting**: Regularly analyze marketing data to identify growth opportunities, provide actionable insights, and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and results.- **Growth Strategy**: Formulate and execute comprehensive growth strategies to **drive traffic, engagement, lead generation, and sales**, while continuously improving the customer journey and conversion rates.- **3-Month Goal**: Build and manage an **efficient, predictable, and measurable digital marketing funnel**, with well-defined metrics for continuous tracking and optimization of performance.**REQUIREMENTS**:**Personal**:- **Passionate About Travel**: A genuine enthusiasm for travel and the tourism industry is essential.- **Quick Learner**: Proven ability to rapidly adapt to new digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.- **Independent & Results-Driven**: Strong ability to autonomously set and achieve marketing goals based on data-driven insights, making informed decisions to drive the company’s marketing performance.- **Motivated to Grow**: A strong desire to develop professionally, contribute to company success, and potentially take on a leadership role in the future.- **Collaborative Team Player**: Effective communicator, capable of working cross-functionally with teams to achieve marketing objectives.- **Process-Oriented**: Experience in designing and maintaining structured workflows, establishing clear processes, and meeting deadlines consistently.**Technical**:- **Fluent in English**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required.- **Experience**: Minimum **2+ years** of hands-on experience executing the responsibilities outlined above, ideally in a **digital marketing agency or startup environment**.- **Proficiency in Digital Marketing Tools**:- **SEO Tools**: Expertise in **Google Analytics**, **Google Search Console**, **UberSuggest**, **Ahrefs**, **SEMrush**, or similar tools.- **Paid Ad Platforms**: Extensive experience with **Google Ads**, **Meta Ads,** **LinkedIn Ads**, etc.- **Experience in Setting and Tracking KPIs**: Comfortably creating, implementing, and tracking **key performance indicators (KPIs)** to measure success and drive continuous improvement.- **Tech-Savvy**: Solid understanding of **website optimization**, **user journey analysis**, and a **basic knowledge of web development** (WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS) to implement and track marketing initiatives.- **Data-Driven Decision Maker**: Ability to analyze complex data sets and make strategic decisions based on performance metrics, including **cost-per-acquisition (CAC)**, **conversion rates**, **ROI**, etc.**CONDITIONS**:**Monetary**:- **10,000 MXN/month** (_part-time; ~20h/week; contrato de prestación de servicios_) with a **performance-based bonus**.- **Stock option** available after 3 months.**Other**:- **Fully remote** with **flexible working hours**, managed via a time management tool.- **Team Incentive Trips**: Regular opportunities to join team-building trips.- A **collaborative and informal work environment** where creativity and innovation are encouraged.**Start Date**: October 2025**Thanks****Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary, ContractContract length: 3 monthsPay: $10,000.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per weekApplication Question(s):- Why would you like to get this job?
