Growth Marketer Junior

The Junior Growth Marketer is responsible for supporting the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital campaigns aimed at increasing adoption of a new mobile app targeted at microfinance clients. They will work alongside product and marketing teams to execute data-driven strategies focused on acquisition, activation, and retention.**Key Responsibilities**- Launch digital marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, WhatsApp, SMS, and other relevant channels.- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).- Suggest and implement improvements based on conversion, click-through, and retention data.- Collaborate with design and content teams to create culturally relevant and engaging assets.- Assist in A/B testing to optimize messaging, visuals, calls to action, and segmentation.- Properly segment clients by behavior, region, or digital profile.- Document results, learnings, and recommendations for future campaigns.- Understand and adapt to client digital barriers and needs.**Requirements**:1-2 years of experience in digital campaigns (ideally via Facebook, Google, or messaging channels).Basic knowledge of CTR, CAC, CPA, conversion rates, retention, etc.Experience with digital or fintech products in emerging markets is a plus.Analytical thinking and results-oriented mindset.Strong writing and communication skills.Empathy and sensitivity when working with non-digitized or financially underserved audiences.Bonus: basic use of Excel, Google Sheets, Canva, and mass messaging platforms.**Success Indicators**- App installation and activation rate among clients.- Lower cost per acquisition (CPA).- Improved campaign conversion rates.- Learning level and documentation of experiments.- Effective collaboration with product, design, and data teams.**Benefits**- Home Office- Flexible Schedule- Birthday off- Vacations from day one- Life insurance- Insurance for Major Medical Expenses (50% coverage)- Saving fund (you save 6% of your monthly salary, and we match that 6% for you)- Support for remote work (Electricity and Internet)- AWS Certifications- Free courses or trainings- English Classes- Dining Room (Guadalajara only)- Sports fields (Guadalajara only)- Gym (Guadalajara only)
