In 2021, Littelfuse had net sales of $2.1 billion.Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, you as a Sr. Electrical Product Engineer will be responsible for Support Manufacturing, Quality, and Sales on maintenance of existing products and creation of derivative products. Work with cross functional development team to maintain business continuity and ensures projects are executed through the LF New Product & Process Development process (NP&PD).About the job:- Support cost reductions and other lean initiatives of existing products and processes.- Design, build, test and implement derivative products from existing product platforms.- Provide technical support to field sales personnel and customers, including potential sales, technical inquiries and complaints.- Work with Manufacturing and Quality to achieve quality and reliability targets.- Maintain software and control revisions to meet IATF requirements.- Location: Piedras Negras, Coahuila.About you:- Electronic Engineering or related.- 7+ years experience of electrical circuit design, with preference in automotive product development.- Experience with Altium PCB layout tools, >200A and >48V+ PCB design preferred.- Experience with embedded systems hardware/firmware, CAN experience preferred.- Experience with power electronics / solid state switching preferred.- Solid vehicle system knowledge/understanding preferred.- Able to multitask multiple projects.- Interpersonal and presentation skills.Littelfuse strives to empower associate growth and development in a culture of ongoing collaboration and respect for diverse global perspectives and expertise.
