From large-scale models to _agentic AI_, our breakthrough solutions tackle companies’ most complex challenges._- If you thrive in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment, love solving real-world problems, and want to be part of a team that’s shaping the future, this is your moment._- Accounts Receivable Specialist_**- **_We are looking for someone with good communication skills._**:- **_Conversational English_****_ Responsibilities_**:- **_Resolve customer receivable issues, disputes, and/or claims with Customer Service and Commercial colleagues by collecting, analyzing, and reviewing client data._****_ _**_- Daily interaction with external customers, including acquiring up-to-date information on receivables and payments and following up if encouraged payments have not been received_**- **_Review ageing of accounts and initiate calls to customers to arrange for payment, in line with portfolio strategy._****_ _**_- Maintain call logs and encouraged payment dates_**- **_Resolve customer enquiries promptly & accurately, by understanding customer market & needs._****_ _**_- Proactively contact customers for prompt collection or resolution of aged receivables, by regularly collecting & analyzing customer data._****_ _**_- Have a controllership overview of the dunning cycle/letters._**- **_Validate that reports meet company’s risk & financial requirements._****_ _**_- Coordinate Payment Plan proposals, pre-bankruptcy and pre-receivership recoveries once approved by the risk department._****_ _**_- Opportunities to take part in projects, for those interested in personal / professional development opportunities._**- **_Accomplish all your responsibilities in line with the company’s compliance and integrity requirements._****_ Qualifications we seek in you_**:**_ Minimum Qualifications_**- **_Business School Degree or qualification (Finance or Business Administration or equivalent)._**:- **_Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment._**:- **_Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel._**:- **_Proven effective cash collection skills, with detail orientation._****_ _**_- Shown Financial Analysis Skills_**- **_Good Communication Skills_**:- **_Ability to be pro-active and to think “creatively”._****_ _**_- Excellent shown interpersonal and partnership skills._**- **_Excellent verbal and written communication skills._**:- **_Capable of resourceful problem solving, while remaining customer-focused._**:- **_Cultural Awareness in a diverse and international environment._**:- **_Thirst for learning Analytical thinking and ability to learn fast._****_- **_Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_**- **_Personal culture and ability to deal with the client properly_****_ _**_- High motivation and willingness to learn_****_ _**_- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment._**- **_Ability to be flexible and adapt to constantly changing priorities_****_ to participate in our hiring process in any other way.
