Prioritization of portfolios, Construction of collection strategies, follow-up of payment promises and registration of procedures.**- Responsibilities**Run related accounting records and monthly provisions.****Verify reconciliations of uncollectible accounts, bank account reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, intercompany and provisions.****Invoice the sale of products or services to third parties, as well as commissions to suppliers and collections, as well as disputes.****Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.****Qualifications we look for in you****Minimum qualifications/skills**- **Excel management (Pivot, Vlookups, Functions)**- **ERP management.**- **Management of collections portfolio.****Preferred qualifications/skills**- **Teamwork.**- **Problem solving.****Responsibilities: Management of collection role**:- **Root cause analysis of aging balances.**- **Lead and ensure collection strategies based on context and portfolio constraints.**- **Coordinate the prioritization and identification of risky customers.**- **Reconciliation of critical accounts with partial balances and credit notes.**- **Projection of overdue portfolios at the end of the month.**- **Creation and estimation of uncollectibility forecast.**- **Application of controls and safeguarding of SOX and Global control evidence.**- **Timely follow-up to compliance with payment promises.**- **Record of collection efforts in High Radius or similar.**- **Document and give visibility of collection challenges to your supervisor.**- **Execute the accounting records of provisions for uncollectibles and others.**- **Execute and reconcile month-end closing operations.**- **Construction of strategies to reduce balances in favor.**- **Identification of cash in Bank Accounts and ensure its compensation against invoice or Credit Balance.**- **Cash refunds and reconciliation of Credit Notes.**- **Monitoring and purging of unapplied Cash Accounts.
