_**AMT IS HIRING: FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER**_- **Requirements**:_- Engineering Degree, equivalent technical education or similar.- Minimum experience of **2 years** in a **manufacturing, chemical, industrial service, or sales environment preferred.**:- **Fluent in English and Spanish**:- **CRM experience required**.- Verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with the rest of the personnel at all levels in Mexico, the HQ, and other regions.- **Able to travel and stay overnight and work occasional weekends for machine clean-outs.**:- **Passport and Visa is a **_**MUST.**_- **Responsabilities**:_- Collect samples from individual sumps and central systems from specified accounts.- Collect baseline data for testing against competitors, cost justifications, and other data that may be necessary for Project Stories.- Conduct and assist in the cleaning of machines designated for testing of new accounts, maintaining business at existing accounts.- Conduct basic training and customer specific training for maintenance, operators, and management as well as distributor training.- Communicate as appropriate with customers on activities related to the management of the assigned coolant systems.- Submit regular written reports on activities at assigned plants.- Be available for work at non-assigned accounts to support the District Sales Manager on such activities as cleanouts, fluid tests, and sample gathering.- Work with Distributors on accounts.- Audit regional labs.- Troubleshoot fluid problems and write reports.- Work with multiple District Sales Managers.- In depth understanding of related equipment used by customers to be able to troubleshoot- Serve as a Customer Service Representative and liaison to the Customer Service Team at HQ with regards to orders, shipments, certificates of origin. Coordinate with HQ Customer Service to ensure high customer satisfaction.- Check inventory at assigned and visited accounts.- Act as a Technical Support Agent and communicate with HQ lab with regards to samples sent and problems in the field.- Complete reports, expenses, and customer visits as required.
