_**AMT IS HIRING**:_- **FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER**_**Objective of the position**:Provide Service and Support on Additive Manufacturing machines in Mexico and North America.**Requirements**:- Certified or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology- Two to three years of experience in servicing industrial equipment- Capable of data preparation for additive manufacturing using SolidWorks preferred.- Demonstrated product knowledge on industrial lasers and axis motion systems is a plus- Skilled in using written, oral, schematic and diagram engineering instructions.- Service standards: Account ownership and customer satisfaction- Computer knowledge (PC-configuration, MS- Windows, Network knowledge, MS-Office)- Ability to work independently and cope with pressure.- Team oriented; flexibility and adaptability- Professional appearance, great communication skills and professional conduct a must- Willingness to travel extensively in Mexico.**Responsabilities**:- Installation of equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality.- Provide on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot and repair equipment.- Provide Technical Support.- Performs Preventive Maintenance procedures within the scheduled time.- Completes and submits all service documentation accurately.- Cooperation in projects such as training, documentation, and exhibition installations- Communicate and maintain service records and field service reports- Management of service tools and spare parts inventory to ensure accurate inventory of assigned company assets.- Some travel to support training and field service/technical support work.**Benefits**:- Competitive salary- Above law benefits- Major medical policyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Horarios flexibles- Seguro de gastos médicos- Seguro de gastos médicos mayoresLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
