**Your Job**This role will be responsible to provide inquiry and transactional support to all employees, managers, and consumers in the Americas.**Our Team**We are the HR Service Center for Koch Industries. As global business partners for Koch industries we are problem-solvers and idea-makers who are transforming for Koch industries employees around the globe. We create solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need. With major offices located in India, Mexico, Poland and the United States.**What You Will Do**- Facilitate learning and change management processes by guiding our consumers through these new tools and technologies.- Provide exceptional consumer experience while resolving customer questions and troubleshooting issues.- Responsible for incoming cases and calls.- Collaborate with other business units & third-party providers (vendors) to research and solve more complex or technical cases.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Professional experience with technical troubleshooting in various contexts (e.g., IT, product or HR support).- Professional experience problem solving complex customer inquiries.- Fluency in English and Spanish.- Experience in providing support through phone systems.**What Will Put You Ahead**- Experience in customer service through incoming cases and chats using an IT service management system for example ServiceNow.- Experience in providing HR and IT inquiry and transactional support to all employees, managers, and the HR community (our consumers).**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
