We're hiring: Feature Team Lead // Advanced English level**Education:- BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Information Technology, Data Science or similar.- +5 years of proven experience as SCRUM Master- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required.- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a financial or similar sector.- Experience with Agile implementation methodologies is a plus.- Advanced English is required.**Work experience:- 5 or more years of demonstrated success in the specialized technical area.- 5 or more years of experience working with international teams.- 5 or more years of participation in projects and initiatives.**Responsibility of the profile:- The specialized profile will guide, coach, and motivate our team members on Agile methodologies and oversee the Scrum framework. The Scrum Master will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide, helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values.- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.- Coach team members in Agile frameworks and foster an innovative and collaborative environment.- Ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.- Help teams implement changes effectively.- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur during development.- Assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency.- Support Product Owners and provide education where needed.**Knowledge:- Tools: Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent.- Conflict Resolution: Proven ability in conflict resolution, problem-solving, team building, and decision-making.- Communication Software: Proficiency with modern communication tools like Slack, Microsoft Teams, etc.- Techniques: Familiarity with Agile techniques like User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games, etc.- Reporting: Ability to track and report team metrics to all stakeholders.- Knowledge of SDLC: Understand basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.- Software Development: Understanding of basic software development principles and technologies is a plus.- Perfect domain of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence- Experience using X-RAY.- JIRA: Creation of teams and plans.- JIRA: Vast domain creating reports.- JIRA: Can generate burndown charts.- Handles capacity and velocity using the necessary artifacts.- Knows different techniques for story points calculations.- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire team members.- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse personality types.- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills.- Demonstrable ability to understand technical issues at a high level.- High level of self-motivation and ability to predict and mitigate potential risks.**Offer**:- Basis salary.- Grocery vouchers.- SGMM- Life insurance- Saving Fund- Punctuality and attendance bonus.- Provisions of law from the first day.
