We're hiring:FEATURE TEAM LEADER SR - Advanced English level**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's degree/engineering completed- Advanced English is required.- Own car.- 8+ years as Feature Team Lead Sr- Professional experience related to projects and processes.- Experience in business analysis/requirements management and/or project management- ITIL Foundation (preferred)- Scrum Alliance (preferred)- PMI certification (preferred)- Leadership skills- Great ability to structure, illustrate or communicate complex concepts in an understandable and practicable way.- Practical knowledge of financial planning, management and control skills.SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:- Evaluates new technologies and trends- Directs delivery activities across projects and products, negotiating with business partners and other IT products.- Leads the collection and fulfillment of business requirements- Convinces stakeholders of the benefits of following the Group's standard methodology and processes.- Manage escalation with internal and external partners to achieve desired results.- Executes appropriate product delivery tasks, activities, and deliverables as necessary to ensure project success.- Manages key project management processes and artifacts to ensure successful project delivery.- Collaborates with the Product Owner to manage the product backlog and with the business to obtain requirements, define acceptance criteria, and maintain a product backlog- Plans and facilitates key Agile events, including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings.- Directs providers in the execution of support tasks.- Plans and executes upgrades and replacements to ensure hardware and software components remain compatible.- Execute ITSM/ITIL processes to ensure continued stable operations and alignment with SLAs Understands and models VPS (Value Added Production System)- Adheres to 5S and Safety Standards and Principles.
