Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.El Content Specialist tiene como principal rol coordinar y gestionar propuestas de contenido con énfasis en el mercado local, colaborando bajo el liderazgo de la Directora de Programación y Contenido; haciendo trabajo en equipo con el área de contenido panregional para detectar e implementar estrategias de programación aplicables a las señales de General Entertainment.Entre sus responsabilidades se encuentran:- Analizar y dar input local para las señales de General Entertainment para sumar a la estrategia de contenido local y panregional.- Seguimiento semanal del performance de las señales de GE, para implementar estrategias de programación en conjunto con la Directora de Programación y Contenido, así como con el equipo de Programación Panregional.- Coordinar proyectos asociados a Producciones Originales Locales.- Contribuir a la identificación de hábitos de consumo e intereses de audiencias locales, seguimiento de competencia y tendencias.- Trabajar de la mano del equipo de Brand Integration, para dar feedback sobre los proyectos e integraciones comerciales dependiendo de la estrategia de cada marca.- Participación y seguimiento en la planeación estrategica para los eventos en vivo, como podrían ser premiaciones o eventos deportivos.- Contribuir en la elaboración de cualquier material, documento e información relacionados con los contenidos.- Colaboración y comunicación continua con otras áreas de la compañía para generar sinergias locales.Competencias y conocimientos:- Habilidad de pensamiento analítico y creativo- Organización y capacidad de cumplir con deadlines- Conocimiento de la industria del entretenimiento- Español e inglés fluido- Pasión por el mundo del contenido- Experiência en TV Programming y Branded ContentRequisitios:- Licenciatura en Comunicación, Periodismo o Marketing-- +5 años de experiência.-- Portafolio de proyectos de contenido-- Comprensión de prácticas en gestión de contenidos y SEO.-- Excelentes habilidades de liderazgo, organización y gestión del tiempo.**How We Get Things Done****The Legal Bits
