**PURPOSE****QUALIFICATIONS**- Excellent customer service skills.- Excellent listening, Strong verbal and written communication skills.- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.- Proven call center or customer service experience.- Strong phone handling skills.- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support.**RESPONSIBILITIES**- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain professional customer support- Follow communication “scripts” when handling various topics.- Help clients increase their stores customer experience rate- Ability to enter complete notes after each call and update partner information as needed in the CRM.- Effectively route any calls or communications to the appropriate departments in the organization.- Work with the outside sales team (BDM’s) to assist in supporting any partners.- Communicate directly with management when any issues or opportunities that require immediate attention surge forward..- Constantly developing product knowledge to increase effectiveness.- Place orders for Partners in a timely manner and log detailed notes after every call.- Strive to exceed Partners’ expectations by delivering the best dealer experience by always under-promising and over-delivering on your approach.- Promote all products and services to Partners in a positive and courteous manner, while always being professional when comparing Serialle’s client’s needs versus their direct competitors.- Constantly growing our partners’ business.**Benefits**- All legal benefits- Full Paid training- Competitive Base Salary- Full salary Reported to IMSS.- State-of art facilities- Schedule Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm- Location : Torres de Aguacaliente, TijuanaTipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSalario: A partir de $15,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 10 horasPrestaciones:- Descuentos y precios preferencialesConsideraciones ante el COVID-19:Control de la temperaturaProcedimientos de saneamiento, desinfección o limpieza en el lugarPregunta(s) de postulación:- Porcentaje de Inglés: Hablado y escritoIdioma:- Inglés (Deseable)
