**Customer Support Representative**- **Remote Role**- **Requirements**:- **Great communication skills, written and orally.**- **Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.**- **Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes.**- **Must be willing to complete assessments that include a typing test of 25+ wpm.**- **Must be at least 18 years of age.**- **Must have at least a High school diploma or GED.**- **Must be willing to participate in a background screening.**- **Must have Mexican national documentation**- **Remote role but must be willing to be onsite for first 3 weeks as part of training program - transportation shuttles will be provided from strategic parts of the city**- **Location: Blvd. Cuauhtemoc Sur, Residencial la Esmeralda, 22640 Tijuana, B.C., México***Attractive attributes to market for this role:- Offering a $1000 USD hiring bonus paid over 4 months- Best benefits in TJ in industry- Medical plans, vision/dental-Bonuses ranging between 6-8k pesos over the course of first few months- Paid out monthly-Transportation bonuses provided weekly- Cover food costs for first 3 days of orientation, discount food options after orientation.- Top notch facilities (pool tables, video games, break rooms, table tennis, etc)- Wellness teams that support the mental health of employees-Fun company events and environment throughout the month *******Pay: $17,500.00 - $20,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Tijuana, B.C.: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Customer Service: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
