We’re looking for someone who thrives in balancing brand, consumer, customers, with the ambition to deliver a substantial step up in profitable growth of the current perimeter.As the Demand Planner, you will play a crucial role in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring that you are supporting the commercial strategy and vision through the delivery of an accurate SKU/customer level forecast taking into account information from key stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain).YEARS OF EXPERIENCE NEEDED IN SIMILAR ROLES:MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:- Lead the demand planning process for Americas.- Leads S&OP, Forecasting and Promotion Planning to ensure all departments are aligned to business plan as well as challenging assumptions.- Defines and develops Unconstrained Forecast into the business plans including innovation, promotion and growth assumptions. Use of tools available (Anaplan and IFM) for upload of demand forecast.- Key leader in demand supply reconciliation; sharing gaps then completing gap closure analysis and actions.- Works closely with Supply planning to define constrained forecast, then uploads and shares constrained forecast.- Support collaboration with Sales and Marketing to incorporate key marketing and trade initiatives into the demand forecast.- Owns and monitors Forecast Accuracy (FA), Forecast Bias (FB) reporting and continuous improvement of Service Levels, Stocks, Business Waste, FA/FB.- Works closely with Global Planning Control Tower teams for planning activities.- Works closely with Supply planning counterparts to ensure proper levels of inventory to achieve the plan while ensuring inventory targets are still being met.- Support process hygiene and lead technology transformation where relevant.LEVEL OF EDUCATION NEEDED:Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in business, finance, or supply chain management.WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED?- 3-5 years of experience in Planning.- Demonstrated analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability; excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.- Ability to multi-task, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure with autonomy.- The ability to effectively lead and engage cross functional global teams and a willingness to take responsibility and accountability.- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to deliver results in a lean, agile organization and able to adapt to changing priorities.- Experience working with statistical forecasting software.- Advanced Excel Skills- Experience with SQL and/or PowerBI a plus.- Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish.
