**Global Precision Machining Process Manager**- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Precision Machining Process Manager to join our team.**Key Responsibilities**:- Provide effective leadership and management of precision machining teams across multiple geographies.- Develop and maintain precision machining process plans, schedules, budgets, and other documentation.- Identify and manage precision machining process risks and issues, ensuring that appropriate mitigation plans are in place.- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and senior management.- Identify precision machining process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for their implementation.- Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external.- Improve current machining and precision machining processes and identify, develop, and deploy future processes utilizing industry-leading, cutting-edge technology necessary to meet company and customer expectations.- Evaluate the current process, equipment, and skills and implement higher levels of standardization, process control, quality control, and safety.- Increase capability, competency, and capacity in precision machining.- Execute tactical experiments to validate technology and solutions for precision manufacturing processes.- Create standards for material-optimized machine cycle parameters, cutting tools, environmental controls, machining fluids, equipment & controls, and part fixturing to enable the achievement of product tolerances.- Drive new technology development such as grind models, active geometry error reduction, thermal management, vibration damping, near-net shape manufacturing.- Coach, mentor, and develop talent.**QUALIFICATIONS**:**To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications**:- Deep knowledge of precision machining, precision metrology, and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing.- Knowledge of digital connectivity / IIoT and sensor technology.- Collaboration with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team’s goals and needs - zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences.- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide unique solutions to complex problems.- Proven track record of delivering precision machining processes on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.- Time and resource management to ensure that work is completed efficiently.- Project management and execution by planning and implementing courses of action with other functions and key stakeholders.- Graduate-level degree in Mechanical Engineering.- Willingness to travel domestically and globally.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.**Minimum work experience**:- Minimum eight (8+) years in Manufacturing Engineering.- And minimum five (5+) years in machining or precision machining.About us:Axiom Path is a global solutions provider that leverages AI and pre-built analytic solutions to deliver world-class services in data analytics, retail analytics, organization change management, M&A integrations, program and project management, risk advisory and management, recruiting, and staff augmentation.
