You will serve as the single point of contact for clients, acting as the face of Kyndryl while orchestrating cross‑functional teams to achieve seamless delivery. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining detailed project plans, coordinating workstreams, and driving team performance to meet deadlines and fulfill SLAs. You will oversee risk analysis, mitigation strategies, financial management, skills alignment, and resource planning, ensuring that every component of a project advances with efficiency and excellence. Because plans evolve rapidly in complex environments, you must demonstrate continuous structural thinking, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership for outcomes—not just task completion. Communication is at the heart of this job. As the central connector between clients, partners, technical teams, and stakeholders, you will ensure clear alignment, timely updates, and proactive engagement. You will cultivate strong, empathetic, yet assertive relationships, effectively navigating customer expectations and change requests with diplomacy.
