Everything Bagel is expanding its Growth Partner practice by adding a dedicated Project Manager to serve as the traffic controller and internal operations anchor. This role focuses on keeping work flowing efficiently across creative, lifecycle, and strategy teams. You’ll manage capacity, track milestones, and ensure every asset, campaign, and report moves smoothly through the pipeline. You’ll partner with the Client Success Manager to translate client needs into clear internal timelines, helping teams deliver high‑quality work on schedule. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily project flow across departments, ensuring all deliverables stay on track and teams are resourced effectively. Act as the internal traffic hub, routing tasks, managing deadlines, and preventing bottlenecks. Create and maintain project timelines in coordination with the Client Success Manager and department leads. Manage production calendars for creative assets, lifecycle campaigns, paid media deliverables, and reports. Support onboarding of new clients and projects, ensuring timelines and task assignments are clear from the start. Maintain project visibility using internal tools (Asana), tracking progress and communicating status updates. Collaborate with account management to forecast team capacity, identify pinch points, and make recommendations for resource allocation. Help document workflows, templates, and SOPs for repeatable efficiency. Support automation and reporting improvements that streamline internal processes. Requirements & Profile Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a passion for clarity and structure. Strong communication chops to coordinate across teams and levels. Experience with project management platforms (Asana preferred). Comfort with managing multiple projects and competing priorities while maintaining accountability. A process‑oriented mindset and a track record of solving operational challenges. Desirable Skills & Experience Nice‑to‑have qualifications include experience in integrating automation tools with project workflows, exposure to creative production pipelines, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Familiarity with reporting dashboards and capacity planning in dynamic marketing environments is advantageous.
