You will require management skills to build out a committed short**Responsibilities**:- Help establish Aromaria as a household luxury and lifestyle brand.- Enhance and maintain store aesthetics:- Ensure all stores are consistently neat and clean.- Design and maintain visually appealing and cohesive store displays.- Regularly update and adjust visual merchandising elements to highlight current products and promotions.- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement captivating product display campaigns.- Monitor and control quality:- Establish and maintain quality standards for products and services across all stores.- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to established quality standards.- Provide feedback and training to store staff to enhance service quality and customer experience.- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team:- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for product presentation improvement and optimization.- Provide insights into customer trends and preferences to support marketing and product development decisions.- Participate in meetings and presentations to share performance reports and recommendations.- Stay updated on industry trends:- Conduct research and stay abreast of the latest trends and techniques in visual merchandising within the luxury perfume and retail industry.- Attend relevant seminars, conferences, and trade fairs to acquire new knowledge and maintain an updated network of contacts.Qualifications:Experience and a successful track record in display designExperience and a successful track record in retail marketingProblem solverSolid strategic, communication, and execution skills with strong business judgment2-3+ years of experienceDemonstrated ability to build strong relationships with important partners and influence at all levels Fluent in English and SpanishUniversity GraduatePerks:At Aromaria your happiness within the team is a top priorityPaid time offLearning and development resources and supportHealthcare coverage plansWellness perksPaid parental leave
