Identify agent strengths at origin and special rates. Strengthen long term relationships to ensure favorable long term negotiations. Keep abreast of Asian market conditions to make informed decisions.- **What do you need?**_- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, International Business, Industrial Relations or related field.- Advanced English is a must.- 3 years or more experience in commercial area and/or Pricing and/or customer service, and/or logistics of maritime and air operations (preferably from a forwarder)- Attention to detail.- Residence in CDMX, MTY or León.- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_- Manage internal customer requests (Commercial Area) FCL/LCL/Air import and export.- Follow up new cargoes in the Asia-Mexico Trade (bookings requests).- Maintain updated information on the Asian market for strategic decisions.- Analyze data for business intelligence.- Receive and analyze requirements from the commercial area.- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best conditions.- Upload rates to the system so that the commercial area and operations can see all the options per route.- Advise other departments according to the service.- Maintain updated tariffs and matrices.- Document supplier services in the system.- Prospect and register new suppliers.- Negotiate credits with suppliers.- Provide feedback to suppliers to generate new business.- Visit suppliers to strengthen the commercial relationship.- Evaluate supplier service on a regular basis.- **Benefits and fringe benefits**_- Competitive salary.- Direct contract with the company.- Benefits in excess of the law.- IMSS from day 1.- Vacations in excess of the law from the 6th month of entry.- Major medical expenses insurance.- Life insurance.- Hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday.- Integration events.- Training.- Language improvement support.- Christmas bonus and utilities.- Other additional benefits.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Apoyo para estudios- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Teléfono de la empresa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
