**The Role**:**Purpose and Accountability**:The role is responsible for identifying, developing and deploying customer valued propositions (CVPs) and new business opportunities in support of the growth aspirations for Shell Fleet Solutions Americas. This includes enhancements to the current Fleet Solutions products and services offerings: B2B fuel card program, Fleet Maintenance Hub, Telematics, as well as new CVPs, such as fleet management services, fleet electrification and decarbonization programs, marketplace, etc.Key Objectives- Be a fleet expert with regards to global and local industry trends, market insights, competition propositions, end to end value chain as well as internal customer valued propositions- Responsible for product roadmap development related to Mexico Fleet Solutions customer offerings and delivery, along with support on North America wide initiatives- Identify strategic business development opportunities in Shell Fleet Solutions in Mexico from a customer offering perspective. Optimize the Go-to-market strategy for the proposed CVP (build, buy, partner, etc.) and secure appropriate commercial model and operational end to end process- Be responsible for development and deployment of CVP elements locally until market launch- Gather customer insight and competitive intelligence, steer marketing teams for new CVP related activities**Dimensions**:Focusing on Mexico Fleet Solutions customer offering of today and tomorrow, inc. fuel card program, non fuel products and mobility services, etc.**Skills & Requirements**- Minimum 6 to 8-year experience in commercial, operations, or IT experience- Bachelor’s degree is required, MBA is an advantage- A customer centric mindset- Strong commercial acumen, being comfortable with complex business models and deal structures- Well developed project & business opportunity management skills. Being able to lead and drive work across multiple workstreams to ensure the successful delivery of an opportunity across its lifecycle.- Excellent stakeholder management skills; comfortable managing both external relationships & large range of internal stakeholders to successfully deliver CVP elements- A passion for the energy transition and to help Shell to serve the customers of the future- Strong track record in delivering commercial opportunities and in managing complex projects- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills- Energy, flexibility and self-starter mentality- Track record in payment, Retail or B2B sectors is an advantage**Translated Company DescriptionThe Business Development Manager reports directly to Amanda Li, Americas Growth & Strategic Partnership Manager**Disclaimer
