**IT MANAGER****Responsibilities**:- Infrastructure Management:- Maintain and optimize the manufacturing IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and industrial automation systems.- Ensure high availability and reliability of critical manufacturing systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.- Implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive manufacturing data and intellectual property.- ERP Implementation and Support:- Lead the implementation, customization, and ongoing support of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems tailored to the needs of manufacturing operations.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize ERP functionality for improved efficiency and decision-making.- Production Software Integration:- Work closely with production managers and engineers to identify software requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing manufacturing processes.- Data Management and Analytics:- Develop data management strategies to collect, analyze, and visualize manufacturing data for process optimization and decision support.- Implement data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, detect anomalies, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing operation.- Team Leadership and Development:- Manage a team of IT professionals, to deliver high-quality IT services and support to the manufacturing organization.- Provide mentorship, training, and career development opportunities to enhance the skills and capabilities of the IT team.- Vendor Management:- Evaluate and select technology vendors and service providers based on their ability to meet the specific needs of the manufacturing environment.- Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely delivery of products and services and resolve any issues that may arise.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on manufacturing or industrial environments.- Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle), manufacturing software (e.g., MES, PLM), and industrial automation technologies.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to troubleshooting technical issues.- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance requirements in manufacturing.- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques for manufacturing process optimization.- Certifications such as CCNA, ITIL are a plus.
