Delivery Manager

**What you will do**- **Overall**_- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation introduction & project proposal through closure;- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget;- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management;- Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency;- Implement processes to ensure successful delivery;- Identify critical delivery issues and address them with the team before customer exposure;- Communicate team issues and concerns to the leadership team proactively.- **Client ownership**_- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle;- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs and expectations are met or exceeded;- Conduct regular status meetings and provide detailed project updates to clients;- Manage client feedback and address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.- **Financial account management**_- Develop and manage project estimates, budgets, ensuring financial goals are achieved;- Monitor project financials, including expenses, revenue, and profitability;- Prepare financial reports and forecasts for internal and client review;- Team members compensation management;- Monitoring and ensuring account healthy margin.- **Delivery management**_- Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects;- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;- Utilize project management methodologies and best practices to ensure successful project outcomes;- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;- Monitoring of Client’s satisfaction with AgileEngine services and team;- Resource Management and Financial Control;- Expectation and Escalation management;- Technical Excellence and Best Practice Implementation;- Process Excellence (Disciplined Agile) and Best Practices implementation;- Removal of process bottlenecks and resolving issues;- Help with improving the PM processes for existing projects.- **Team management**_- Coordinate and oversee the work of project team members, including assigning tasks and setting deadlines;- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting professional growth and development;- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members;- Launch teams and establish efficient PM processes for them;- Consult/Mentor/Teach/Coach/Growing leadership of AgileEngine Teams and Clients;- Ensuring Team happiness: 1:1s, career development, personal development plans;- Coordinating promotions: within AgileEngine and with the Client;- Coordinate recruiting process with the Recruitment team.**Must haves**- A minimum of **4 years** of experience in project/delivery management;- Experience as a **delivery manager**;- Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions and **pre-sales activities**;- Strong financial knowledge, with experience in managing project budgets, negotiating and financial reporting;- Experience managing external clients;- Proficiency in project management software and tools;- Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills.**Nice to haves**- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field;- Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers;- Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes;- High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail;- Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders;- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.**The benefits of joining us**- **Professional growth**:Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps.- **Competitive compensation**:We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities.- **A selection of exciting projects**:Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands.- **Flextime**:Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office, whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.- Good luck We're rooting for you _Work Location: Remote
