**What's the role?**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Plans, performs, and implements process improvement initiatives across the organization by following Lean Six Sigma framework- Accountable for project level results, personal and team goals- Monitors project performance in cooperation with the Project Manager/Production manager/ Product Owner and ensures that preventive and corrective actions have been implemented- Conducts process mapping and identifies waste in process steps- Provides gap analysis and proposes solutions to improve process efficiency- Promotes best practices for continuous improvement and provides coaching to build team member’s problem solving skills- Measures the outcomes and outputs of process improvement initiatives and leverage analytics to report savings- Facilitates workshops and Kaizen events- Leads White Belt training**Who are you?**:**REQUIREMENTS**:- EDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor’s degree; preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or similar- Lean Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt)- 3+ years of related experience on continuous improvement- English language 100%- Excellent communication skills (English and Spanish), and ability to interact effectively at different levels of organization- Ability to work within a cross-functional team and a multi-cultural environment- Good negotiation and influence skills- Strong customer focus- Creativity in problem solving- Ability to effectively manage time to ensure that work is completed efficiently and on timeHERE is an equal opportunity employer.
