**About our client**: _**Wanhua Chemical Group Co., Ltd.**_ is a global leader in the chemical industry. They specialize in producing polyurethane, petrochemical, and performance chemicals and materials.**Main activities**:- Responsible for processing customer orders, including receiving and confirming purchase orders (POs).- Accurately enters PO information into the SAP system, following established procedures.- Coordinates with the Logistics Department for shipments from local inventory and with Headquarters for direct shipments from China.- Manages customs clearance for direct shipments from China.- Provides timely updates to customers regarding shipment status through to delivery.- Responds promptly to all customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring full resolution.- Tracks customer complaints and follows up to ensure satisfactory settlement.- Supports additional projects and initiatives as required.- Performs other duties as assigned.**Required skills**:- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field of study- More than **3 years of experience**in customer service or a similar position. Experience in the chemical industry is preffered.- **Advanced English is a must.**:- Familiar with **import and export operations**, especially for chemicals.- **Proficiency in SAP**.- Demonstrated proficiency with **Microsoft Office suite**of software products, e.g. Excel, Word, etc., with strong proficiency in Excel- Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.- Strong communication and social skills.- Proactivity and sense of urgency.- Ability to multitask.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoSueldo: $30,000.00 al mesExperiência:- SAP: 2 años (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Inglés fluido (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
