**Information Technology****Location**- Mexico City, Mexico***Job Title:Jr. Salesforce Administrator**Job Description**:Duties and Responsibilities:- Marketing & Sales Technology Management: Act as a tech whiz, assisting with setup, configuration, and maintenance of our marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platform). You'll also manage marketing assets and ensure data consistency across all platforms.- Data & Insights Rockstar: Become our data guru by generating reports and dashboards to track key metrics for marketing and sales campaigns. You'll analyze data to identify trends and translate them into actionable insights that inform our strategies.- Process Improvement Ninja: Help us streamline marketing and sales operations by identifying and troubleshooting technical issues, fixing bugs, documenting processes, and collaborating on improvements.- Project Management Pro: Support the planning and execution of marketing and sales operations projects, keeping track of progress and ensuring we hit our goals.- Stay up to date on our tools features including but not limited to Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, SharePoint, Asana, familiarity with AI tools, and best practices through training and certification opportunities.Job Specifications:- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.- Possesses 1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales operations.- Is familiar with marketing and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).- Thinks critically and solves problems like a champ.- Communicates effectively and fosters strong relationships with colleagues.- Thrives in a team environment while also taking ownership of tasks.- Is a detail-oriented organizer who prioritizes accuracy.- Has a burning desire to learn and stay ahead of the curve.Bonus Experience:- Have experience with marketing data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics).- Understand project management methodologies (e.g., Agile).- Have experience integrating marketing or sales operations software.- Skills in data analysis and performance metrics to drive decisions.ConcentrixCatalyst**Location**:MEX Ciudad de Mexico Insurgentes SurLanguage Requirements:Time Type:**If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the **Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents
