**SALES AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT****Salary**: $14,000 (Brutos) + Bonuses and commissionsWork Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.Monday - Friday**OVERVIEW**:Working as **Sales and Administrative Support** you must have a strong interest in sales and enjoy working to support both internal sales personnel and external customers. This is an entry level position that will provide assistance to our customers from our store.**RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Assisting with sourcing and quoting, bid requests, auditing and general support, as needed- Offering assistance with customer implementation projects- Helping provide marketing support to sales personnel to help grow the customer base and maintain current customer levels- Support with administrative activities related to branches and customers- Assisting with sales personnel with accounts receivable collection/customer service- Meeting expectations for customer service standards- Managing inventory- Placing and fulfilling orders- Receiving and shipping inventory- Performing local sales calls and deliveries with company vehicleREQUIRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONSThe following skills and qualifications are required for this position:- Possess a degree in Business Administration, Accounting, International Business or Economy- Possess at least 2 years of work experience in the mentioned professional areas- Possess a current full valid driver's license- A strong aptitude for sales and a desire to sell- Demonstrate strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency- Demonstrate strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities- The ability to lift, slide and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbsTECHNICAL SKILLS- Written, conversational English (upper-intermediate)- Microsoft software (upper-intermediate)**PREFERRED POSITION QUALIFICATIONS**:- Possess a valid United States Visa- An interest in career advancement**FASTENAL BENEFITS**:- Life Insurance- Health Insurance for employee and family- Savings Fund- Food Voucher Program- 12 days paid vacation- All paid training trips- Fastenal School of Business training- PTU of 3 month salary- **ABOUT US**:_Since 1967 Fastenal has grown from a single store to over 3,000 locations, each providing tailored local inventory and personal service for our customers.
