And you can be part of it too within Ethicon Endo Surgery.**Job Summary**:- This job description covers skills & responsibilities for the Supply Chain Manager position.- *Achieving customer demand fulfillment targets, developing & implementing world class inventory management practices & standards.- Managing & directing global, strategic demand & inventory plans. This position possesses a broad range of responsibilities critical to efficient utilization of resources & inventories to meet demand.- Managing the central focal point representing the interest of marketing, sales, manufacturing, materials, engineering & finance at corporate international & site levels to assure global enterprise product demand objectives are met.**Education**:Business or Engineering degree, APICS certification preferred, MBA or equivalent preferred.**Job Experience**:- **8 to 10 years in materials function experience.- 5 years in at least one of the following disciplines: Materials planning, Master scheduling, Inventory management or Demand management- 5 years in budget development and management experience preferred**Ideal Requirements**:- Bilingual: English / Spanish preferred- Ability to understand, develop & implement inventory and demand management- Strategic alignment- Strong communication - oral & written - with all levels of organization.- Team leadership.- Analytical and problem solving.- Strong collaboration.- MRP Systems *JDE & SAP preferred.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $132,000.00 - $133,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasPrestaciones:- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de productividadIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)
