"Winning with purpose" reflects our ambition to win sustainably in the market and integrate the purpose in all aspects of the business.Currently we are looking for our next**:Health & Nutrition Scientist****Which is the main objective of this role?**Support the implementation of nutrition strategy for Foods and Beverages Category across Latin America while translating nutrition science into product and science based communication opportunities.**What will you be doing?**- Provide nutrition science input to specific categories/brands for projects and innovation, from concept to communication and media plans.- Effectively leverage existing and emerging nutrition science, trends and insight studies to provide differentiated solutions to regional foods and beverages teams.- Partner with internal and external experts to coordinate effective initiatives.- Collaborate in Nutrition Research Projects.- Execute internal educational campaigns and develop materials to communicate the benefits of the portfolio to consumers and health care professionals.- Assess and interpret scientific evidence to develop dossiers to substantiate claims aligning with Regulatory and legal to ensure proper substantiation dossiers and claims**Qualifications/Requirements**:**Who are we looking for?**- Leadership, Adaptability, negotiation abilities, communication skills, proactivity- Technical, scientific and analytic skills to interpret complex data and turn into business solution.- Fluent in English- Previous experience At least 1 years’ experience in health marketing, nutrition education.- Preferred careers: BSc in Nutrition**What can you expect from us?**:- Competitive compensation- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs- We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
