**Descripción empresa**:**Misión del cargo**:Asegurar la legitimidad de los cheques procesados por nuestros agentes.**Funciones del cargo**:1) Analizar Transacciones de Cheques**:- Revisar los cheques procesados por los agentes en busca de señales de discrepancias o fraude.- Utilizar métodos especializados para evaluar la validez de los cheques.**2) Verificación Directa**:- Contactar directamente a los emisores o bancos para verificar la autenticidad de los cheques.- Documentar los procesos y resultados de la verificación.**3) Mitigación de Riesgos**:- Identificar patrones de fraude potenciales y reportar actividades sospechosas a la gestión.- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo de Análisis Transaccional para detectar posibles casos de fraude.**4) Comunicación y Reporte**:- Proporcionar informes detallados sobre las actividades y hallazgos de verificación.- Mantener una comunicación clara y profesional con emisores, bancos y equipos internos.**5) Mejora Continua**:- Sugerir mejoras a los procesos y herramientas de verificación actuales.**Requisitos**:Experiência de 2 años en procesamiento de chequesManejo de Word, ExcelBilingüeAtención al detalleHabilidades anaíticasHabilidades de comunicaciónResolución de problemasTrabajo en equipo**Condiciones oferta**:Beneficios**:Salario bruto mensual de $13,200 + Bono Bilingüe (2,100 a 3,100)**Horarios**: Matutino 9:00 am a 6:00 pm CT US Vespertino 12:00 pm a 9:00 pm CT US**Descanso**: Domingo- Prestaciones de Ley (Imss, Infonavit, Vacaciones)- Vales de Despensa 3% mensual.- Apoyo de $1,000 mensual (luz, Internet)- 100% Prima Vacacional.- Pago de 20 días de Aguinaldo.- Seguro de Vida, Gastos Médicos Menores y Mayores- Clases de Inglés- Capacitación continua- Desarrollo personal y profesional- Convenios con universidades- Excelente ambiente laboral
