More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**Position Summary****This is a hybrid position within Mexico City, Mexico.**Thales is looking for a **Sales operations coordinator **who is primarily responsible to work with Sales, Manufacturing Sites and Customer Service team to consolidate the NORAM (North America)region challenges (in terms of supply and capacity limitations) to provide visibility to the Business Unit Sales Vice-President (SVP) and communicate the good execution of the revenue forecast. The revenue forecast provides visibility to corporate business group for financial analysis and external communication.In this position, you will also be responsible to work with product management; team, supply chain and all affected areas to stablish the processes and controls the allocation per region, customer, etc., in case of chip shortage or any type of material shortage.**Key Areas of Responsibility**- Analyze and assess the allocation of the chips between manufacturing sites and customers.- Analyze and identify risk and opportunity for invoicing and inventory levels.- Consult and audit the forecast with Account Managers and Customer Service, to keep it accurate and realistic in order to reduce short term over estimation.- Keep track on the current productions, upsides and downside orders in order to adjust the forecast tools and assure materials and capacity availability.- Be in contact with technical consultant; product managers and sourcing teams to be updated on the chips migration and end of life to assure their availability or depletion.- Present all possible scenarios to Business Unit SVP, explaining precisely the differences versus previous forecast and judging the numbers providing your best estimation and recommendation.- Sales Operations will need to prepare the Sales Revenue file, schedule Sales Forecast Review meeting with Sales Manager.- Present the Sales Demand Planning Review (SDPR) to Sales VP- Attend the SDPR monthly meetings with Executive Vice-President and management to help presenting the regional numbers acting as SVP support.- During chips shortage you will need to manage chips allocation along with Customer Service, Sales, SVP and manufacturing sites.- In case of chip shortage, adjust forecast demand to be in line with chip allocation and upload it to make it available for supply chain.- Prepare and share to manufacturing the forecast of special material.- Prepare and share the Purchase Order status report and analysis.- Collaborate in the improvement & development S&OP process and tools.**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; Industrial Engineer; International Relations or any related discipline.- Intermediate-advanced proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft tools.- Very strong data analysis skills, business understanding, and high capacity to manage priority and make accurate analysis.- It would be preferred if you have experience in demand management or planning.- Proactive dynamic, independent, innovative thinker, enthusiastic, self-sufficient and multitasking.- Good organizational skills.LI-HybridLI-MO1
