Here, you will make an impact by:- Collect, clean, and organize procurement data from various sources, including ERP systems, supplier databases, and market research reports.- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to supplier performance, cost savings, and market dynamics.- Support the category team in ad-hoc data analysis requests and special projects- Preparing complex global RFQ packages incl. financial analysis- Collaborate with the Category Team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the category procurement processes- Generate reports and create data visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the category procurement.- Lead regular meetings to discuss target attainment, active projects, incl. cost reduction activities.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution- Proficient experience in master data, procurement, shared services, finance and/or supply chain operations in a global environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:- Experience Working in multi-cultural environment- Experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement or supply chain role- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent Communication skills and assertiveness- Project Management Skills- An interest in understanding products & production processes- Can work under pressure and to deadlines- Self-motivated, flexible, can initiate and manage process improvements- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability- Fluent in English (written and verbal)Work location:- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/internationalSupporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life - both physically and financially.
