As a Customer Acquisition Specialist, your primary role is to ensure customer satisfaction and success. This involves developing strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and helping them get the most value from the company's products or services.- Lead generation and qualification for the Customer Success department, establishing first contact with prospects and creating sales opportunities. Its objective is to drive business growth by identifying and attracting qualified leads.- Internal collaboration: You work closely with other teams within the company, such as Customer Success, Business Financing, Partners. You share information about customers, their needs and feedback, and collaborate in solving problems or implementing improvements.- Collaboration with the Customer Success team will work closely with the team, providing detailed information on qualified leads and interactions performed.
