**Position**:Customer Sales SpecialistArrow Electronics is looking for a Customer Sales Specialist to join our team in Guadalajara**What You'll Be Doing**- Manage the overall account relationship and the day-to-day sales activities by providing service and support to assigned customer base- Working with internal and external resources, facilitating work of others in quoting, fulfilling demand, and troubleshooting other customer requirements- Owner of the overall Quote to Order Processes and order preparation for specified customers, coordinates resources and processing of quotations, works with management to set pricing- Work with appropriate supplier contacts and internal departments to solve pre-sales and post-sales problems, provide proactive notification to customer of changes to delivery status- Liaison between sales team- ensures returns, invoicing, credit, shipping issues, etc. are resolved in a timely fashion- On-going Sales Support activities for the Order to Invoice process. Owns & Maintains Perfect Order Index (POI) and Inventory integrity to minimize write offs/bill backs**What We're Looking For**- Typically requires a 4-year degree and 2-4 years of experience in customer service, sales, buying, planning, or procurement- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel- Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English**What's In It For You**At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
