With more than 89,000 employees, SGS operates a network of over 2,400 offices and laboratories around the world.Descripción del empleoResponsable de desarrollar el negocio de Health & Nutrition, garantizando el crecimiento, rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de su unidad.**Requisitos**:Para esto posición deberás ser:- Licenciado en Ingeniería química, Ingeniería Industrial y a fines.- Deseable maestría en Administración de empresas o negocios.- Tener 5 años de experiência en sectores como alimentos y/o farma en áreas comerciales.- Inglés avanzado.Información adicionalLas funciones que realizarás son:- Elaborar la estrategia comercial del área a fin de cumplir con los objetivos comerciales trazados.- Responsable del P&L del sector velando por el cumplimiento del Budget asignado a inicio de año (cumplimiento de resultados financieros en ventas, LC, margen, pricing, otros).- Desarrollar nuevos mercados para la venta de los servicios del área, en base a las necesidades de clientes.- Identificar nuevos clientes potenciales en el sector con el objetivo de ampliar la participación de mercado.- Diseñar la estructura de la unidad a su cargo a fin de cumplir con los objetivos trazados y garantizar la eficiencia de los recursos asignados.- Participar activamente en las negociaciones comerciales.- Velar por la adecuada gestión del capital humano, a fin de garantizar la atracción, retención y desarrollo del personal del sector, así como la promoción de un buen clima laboral.- Asegurar el cumplimiento y la excelencia en el servicio de las operaciones y laboratorios a nível nacional según los estándares de calidad establecidos por SGS, con el fin de garantizar la satisfacción de nuestros clientes.- Tener conocimiento de los servicios, estrategias y acciones de nuestros competidores.- Buscar oportunidades de mejora y eficiencias internas para la optimización de tiempos, recursos y procesos.- Asegurar el cumplimiento del sistema de calidad.
