As a Technical Product Lead of data analytics and AI solutions you'll help develop strategic data and AI products that align with business goals. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions within Supply Chain Domain and GenAI solutions**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead the development of technical products aligned with business goals.- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Data and AI solutions.- Break down feature epics into technical tasks and manage dependencies.- Ensure high-quality, scalable, and sustainable product delivery.- Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver innovative solutions.- Conduct research to drive continuous improvement and innovation.- Optimize resource allocation through data-driven decisions.- Maintain high standards for in-house products and tools.**Essential Skills**:- 5 years of relevant experience- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.- Exposure of Pharma Supply Chain Domain- Experience of delivering Digital products using Data, Analytics and AI technologies.- Expertise in Data Analytics and AI technologies.- Experience leading complex data and AI projects.- Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Experience working in Agile teams.**Desired Skills**:- Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field- Product/Project Management experience in Data, Analytics & AI solutions- Previous involvement in a large multinational company, Pharmaceutical or similar environment- Possess working knowledge of basic prompting techniques and continuously improve these skills.**Why Join Us**: Be part of a team where your work directly impacts the development of life-changing medicines.
