Específicamente, sería responsable de realizar las siguientes tareas con los más altos estándares**Funciones**:Liderar, dirigir y gestionar las operaciones diarias del hotel, incluyendo, pero sin limitarse a ello, la elaboración de presupuestos y previsiones del hotel, la planificación estratégica, la gestión del rendimiento del cuadro de mando integral, la aplicación y el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y normas de la empresa, la coordinación de las mejoras de capital y de los planes de mejora de la propiedad, la respuesta a las consultas de los huéspedes y la resolución de problemas, así como la participación y facilitación de reuniones.Supervisar la calidad del servicio, la eficiencia operativa, la satisfacción de los huéspedes, el cumplimiento de las normas y las mediciones financieras y de servicio.Identificar las deficiencias en el rendimiento operativo, la productividad y la eficiencia y aplicar medidas para corregir esas deficiencias.Implementar y gestionar el proceso diario de calidad del hotel, incluyendo, entre otras cosas, la comunicación de objetivos, la capacitación de los miembros del equipo, la gestión de las técnicas de recuperación del servicio y la resolución de problemas y la medición de la satisfacción.Supervisar y desarrollar el rendimiento de los miembros del equipo, especialmente de los jefes de departamento y los gerentes, lo que incluye, entre otras cosas, la supervisión, el desarrollo profesional, la programación, el asesoramiento y las evaluaciones, y el reconocimiento y la recompensa.**Position**: Resort Manager**Role Summary**:Join our team as the Resort Manager and become one of the authors of our story. This position reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for oversight of all operational aspects of the Chileno Bay Resort.**Core Responsibilities**:- Lead and analyze guest satisfaction, quality of service, sales, costs.- Maintain the highest levels of guest service and develop a rapport with the hotel guests, residents, and the local clientele, meeting and greeting guests at a hotel, and handling guest complaints effectively and pleasantly.- Conduct regular walkthroughs for maintenance and cleanliness to continuously maintain or improve the physical properties.- Lead the training and education for all leaders and team members.- Work with the General Manager and Assistant Director of Finance to monitor and maintain the costs in line with budgeted and forecasted projections.- Maintain knowledge of trends, systems, practices, and equipment in all departments and monitor local competitors to compare their operations with the hotels.- Develop strategic goals, strategies, procedures, and policies including offering guests great value in their experience.- Create professional relationships and active involvement with all hotel operations.**Experience, Skills, and Knowledge**:Required- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or a related field.- Five or more years of senior operating experience in a similar capacity in a top luxury hotel.- Experience with completing administrative tasks, including, reporting, budgeting, project management, etc.Personal Skills:- Strong aptitude in financial management, financial reports, and analysis.- Demonstrated track record of strong attention to detail and good communication skills.**What Else?**:At Auberge, we are passionate about our mission to be the best-loved operator of one-of-a-kind luxury properties and experiences.
