Únete a FORVIA HELLA y contribuye a la excelencia en la industria automotriz Objetivo del puesto: Gestionar un grupo de producción, asegurando actividades que agreguen valor y fomentando la mejora continua. Garantizar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y productividad, apoyando al equipo en la resolución de problemas y desarrollo de competencias. Responsabilidades clave: Promover el desarrollo del equipo y la cooperación con otras áreas. Asignar tareas según las competencias del personal y brindar orientación motivadora. Organizar y moderar talleres para impulsar mejoras. Supervisar el cumplimiento de normas de seguridad y salud en el trabajo. Apoyar en análisis de causa raíz y resolución de problemas de calidad. Monitorear materiales, productos y equipos, gestionando escalaciones cuando sea necesario. Ejecutar tareas operativas simples y mantenimiento básico conforme a estándares. Registrar información relevante para la mejora continua y comunicación con áreas responsables. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Perfil ideal: Educación técnica o diploma especializado. Hasta 1 año de experiencia liderazgo de equipos de producción. Conocimiento básico en procesos productivos, control de calidad y seguridad industrial. Habilidad para coordinar equipos; fomentar un ambiente colaborativo (trabajo en equipo); transmitir información de manera efectiva (comunicación clara); y asegurar el seguimiento de políticas internas (disciplina y cumplimiento de políticas).
