3+ years of senior level leadership support, or 1+ years of Amazon experience- High school or equivalent diploma- Experience with executive level calendar managementPrime Video is on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Assistant who is eager to work on a fast-paced and growing team, within a constantly evolving industry. This role will support 2 Directors in Canada and MX and will require an individual with flexibility, proficient business acumen, the desire to learn, and a sense of humor.This person will act as a seamless extension of their directors and will work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is important, as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company. The ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership, bias for action, and customer obsession is highly valued.Key job responsibilities- Manage complex calendar requests, meeting invites, and conference room logistics- Manage domestic and international travel- Manage expense report coordination and submission- Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items- Act as a liaison for direct reports- Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)- Management of team space, including moves, growth planning and reconfigurations- Work closely with the leadership team, partners, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization- Management of org charts and tracking new hire onboardingMexico City, DIF, MEX- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company- Experience managing multiple calendars
