Join over 3 million users that trust Benchmark Gensuite® with their software system needs and benefit from rapid deployment and adoption, immediate return on investment (ROI), service excellence, and collaborative innovation.**Responsibilities**- Complete billing and collections processes according to project schedules.- Keep financial information updated for contracts and agreements with subscribers.- Request, receive, and process purchase orders from customers.- Lead internal and external virtual meetings with our subscribers to ensure that POs and Invoices are processed correctly.- Provide support to our Subscriber Services team on any financial-related activities.- Create and update reports for Accounts Receivable metrics such as delinquency and cash collection targets.- Review contracts to verify that the subscriber's information is correct and updated.- Gather information for accounting procedures.- Tracking global-wide expenses/transactions.**Education**Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field**Qualifications & Experience**- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Collections or Account Receivables- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills- Strong time management, organization, and project skills- High attention to detail- Proficient computer skills (oriented with MS Excel)- Teamwork oriented- Able to work under pressure- Capable of taking the initiative in identifying opportunities to improve processes- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with team members and clients- Able to meet deadlines- Timely follow-up to requested reports/information- Capable of following instructions and adhering to existing essential processes
