**L3 Support Specialist**This is a development and support role where you will not only diagnose problems but code solutions.**Duties & Responsibilities**:- Support role diagnosing and fixing coding issues within defined SLAs- Extract diagnosis information from UNIX logs - must be comfortable with UNIX navigation and shell scripting- Act as a key engineer to design, develop and test - utilizing a thorough understanding of applicable technology, tools and existing designs.Communicate with the other team members and understand the change request / issues.**Skills & Abilities: (Technical and General)**- Experienced in Core Java / Python / C#- High proficiency in UNIX shell navigation and scripting- Skilled at all aspects of SQL development including advanced query and procedure writing- Knowledge of Scripting will be added advantage- Experience tuning SQL code, quality assurance and unit testing- Working knowledge of Control-M, Autosys will be good.- Exposure to working in a global delivery team- Knowledgeable of the software development lifecycle- Experience in a trade-related, technology position at a financial institution, preferably an investment bank - nice to have- Knowledgeable with Jira and agile methodologies- Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting abilities- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels within technical and business organizations is must.- Innovation minded, highly capable of thinking systematically, capable of redefining the solutions to overcome the competitors and solve problems- Self-driven, energetic, creative, with ability to work in international teams- Curious and willing to challenge existing solutions with innovative technology conceptsExperience.- Overall minimum 4+ years’ technology experience- Min 2 - 3 years in a support role- Min 2 yrs in developmentLI-Remote
