A large freight forwarding company is looking for an **Ocean Import Customer Service Rep **for their office in Tijuana, Mexico. The company has multiple offices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (not remote).**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree in Logistics, international business etc- Have 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on Road logistics/ Ocean freight / Quotations- Knowledge in international and national logistics, maritime, Mexican customs brokerage.- Some knowledge in port operations in Mexico and USA ( Port long beach, Ensenada, Manzanillo, Veracruz)- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.- Proficiency English written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.**Salary**: depends on the experience, in the office
