Responsible for providing efficient and high quality client services to financial institutions. Provides pre-sales and post-sales service to clients. Scalable to millions of transactions and flexible to manage several outstanding data sources, NTS Surveillance holistically examines scenarios across multiple venues and asset classes.You can expect an autonomous but fast-paced work environment where you are recognized for your results and ability to drive things forward. Every day brings many opportunities to learn & grow and rewards with a global impact we build.What you will do- Prioritize and manage all reported stock exchange/trading activity data issues via an internal ticketing system (JIRA)- Investigate and resolve reported data issues using Linux and other server/data management tools- Coordinate with global teams to schedule releases and implement various bug fixes- Work on continual service improvement to reduce the number of reported issues and improve our client experienceWhat We Expect- Previously worked with Linux terminal. Work with data extraction a plus- Experience in troubleshooting data issues, data conversion and manipulation- Previous experience in a similar position, preferably from a trading/financial services industry- Excellent English verbal and written skillsWhat Would Be Helpful- Knowledge of market data, trading data and protocols (i.e. FIX) would be considered an advantagePrevious experience working in a globally distributed teamCome as You Are
