Managers are required to understand how other business units operate, how their goals align with organizational goals and have budget and profit/loss responsibility.Responsible for providing efficient and high quality client services to financial institutions. Provides pre-sales and post-sales service to clients. Responsible for continuing development and improvement of the client services with the overall objective of shortening the client response time and increase service quality. Every day brings many opportunities to learn & grow and rewards with a global impact we build.What you will do- Implementing organization’s strategies through the effective direction and management of resources, while being accountable for the business strategies, functional or operational areas, processes, or programs- Managing and developing a team of people, setting direction, and deploying resources on varying projects, participating in organization-wide projects, while providing guidance and expertise on an as-needed basis- Providing new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints- Ensuring that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws- Developing organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customersWhat We Expect- MBA, MSc or related discipline, or equivalent work experience- Prior management experience in the fintech / IT industry for at least 5 years- Excellent verbal, written and client-facing communication skills is a must- Perfect written and verbal communication skills in English- Business domain knowledge with an interest and knowledge of capital markets and trading compliance.- SaaS knowledge is an advantage- Experience with working directly with customers in a global environmentCome as You Are
