-Job description**Role purpose**The main objective of the position is to lead the development, implementation, and optimization of Governance frameworks and operational process across financial controllers organizations. This insurance complies with regulatory standards enhancing operational efficiency and driving operational efficiency.**Main activities**- Develop & implement governance frameworks that alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements.- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhances.- Lead cross functional teams to in process mapping analysis and redesign.- Stablish KIPs to measure the effectiveness of Governance initiatives.- Facilitate training programmes to improve continuous improvement.- Support external and internal audit requirements and regulators requests including yearly audits.- Ensuring the reasonability of the information in the Financial Statements.- Contribute to the complete and accurate financial information to public investors and regulatorsRequirements- Accounting, Management Degree or related, Master prefers; background 5 years +- Experience dealing with Finance units/ systems/ Regulators.- Strong Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks- Develop initiatives to talent delovment- Lead with impact- Local and international accounting- Negotiation skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all stakeholders’ levels.- Problem solving- Open minded and change environment- Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Power Point) Proficiency- Internal policy making- Proficiency English- Proactive- Self-drive
