As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for making key technology decisions, designing and leading the architecture of our systems, and guiding developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where emerging technologies and technical challenges will be an important part of your day-to-day work.**Responsibilities**:- Lead the design and development of technical solutions using modern technologies such as React, NextJS, NestJS, Python/FastAPI, handling LLMs (Large Language Models) and AWS.- Develop and implement solutions using advanced TypeScript, ensuring code quality and performance.- Collaborate closely with other teams (frontend, backend, and product) to define requirements, priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions within established timelines.- Provide technical leadership to the development team, guiding them on good coding practices, design patterns, and software architecture.- Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement.- Ensure the delivery of scalable and high-performance solutions, while maintaining a focus on user experience.- Identify and mitigate technical risks in the software development lifecycle.- Keep up with the latest technology trends and evaluate new tools or frameworks for implementation.**Requirements**:- Strong experience in backend development using NestJS.- Experience building RESTful APIs using Python/FastAPI.- Experience working with AWS, including services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), preferably with OpenAI and tools like LangChain or LangGraph.- Deep knowledge of Clean Architecture and software design patterns.- Experience leading development teams, making key technical decisions, and managing projects.- Ability to solve complex problems and guide the team in implementing effective solutions.- Ability to mentor junior developers and promote best practices in the team.- Good communication skills in Spanish and english is a plus (both written and verbal).Desirable:- Knowledge and experience working with Docker and CI/CD.- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, MongoDB).- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).**Benefits**At rocket code, we value our team members and offer a comprehensive benefits package to support their personal and professional growth:- **Vacations**: Enjoy time off to recharge and rejuvenate.- **December Bonus**: Receive an annual bonus to celebrate your contributions and hard work.- **Referral Bonus**: Get rewarded for bringing talented individuals to our team.- **Training Opportunities**: Access to ongoing training programs to enhance your skills.- **Courses and Certifications**: Stay ahead in your career with company-sponsored courses and certifications
